Eligibility
Returns/exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery (UAE). Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in original packaging.

Hygiene Notice
For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable, unless received defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number, and we will make it right.
