How do I join The Jewel Circle?
Simply create an account at roceen.ae. Membership is complimentary and begins the moment you register. Your tier is determined by your cumulative spend over a rolling 12-month period.
When do I move up to the next tier?
Tier advancement is reviewed monthly. Once your spend crosses a threshold — AED 500 for Argent, AED 1,500 for Or, AED 5,000 for Diamant — you will be personally notified and your new discount code issued within 48 hours.
Do my points expire?
Your points remain active as long as your account has had at least one engagement within the past 18 months. We believe in rewarding loyalty, not penalising it.
How do I redeem points?
Once you have reached a reward threshold, email info@roceen.ae with your request. We will issue a personalised discount code within 72 hours.
Can I combine my tier discount with a free shipping code?
Yes — tier discounts combine with free shipping codes. Only one percentage or fixed-amount discount may be applied per order at checkout.
What happens if I do not reach the tier threshold in a review period?
Tiers are assessed on a rolling 12-month basis. If your spend falls below your current tier threshold, your tier will adjust — you will always receive a courtesy notification before any change takes effect.
As a Diamant member, how do I access the Réservé collection?
Diamant members receive a private link to the Réservé collection upon tier confirmation. If you have reached Diamant status and have not received yours, contact info@roceen.ae immediately.
Is the programme available in Arabic?
Yes. All Jewel Circle correspondence and reward communications are available in both English and Arabic. Please indicate your preference when registering or contacting our team.
